DescriptionThe Invacare Fox has been specifically designed to maximise independence for individuals’ everyday activities. As well as meeting practical needs, the Fox is also very safe and comfortable. Thanks to its efficient motors it is perfect for those wishing to travel a few kilometres extra every day, as well as looking for a compact and reliable powerchair. The Fox now comes with the LiNX Control System as standard.
The Fox’s make up brings full versatility through its wheelbase approach and flexible seating. Stability is established for a variety of heights and weights of users and comfort is not compromised with a 5-way adjustable seat. This flexibility is all due to the range of settings available in the wheelbase. Notably, for maximum comfort the Fox seat can be adjusted in width, depth, height, seat to floor height and backrest angle.
The Fox can also be dismantled and folded quickly and easily. In addition, the seat can be disconnected by a quick release lever at the front and locks into place when swiveled back. To add to the Fox’s flexibility, the entire unit can be manually tipped when folded and manoeuvred, making it easy to store or convenient to deliver.
The key characteristics of the Fox’s driving performance is the manoeuvrability and stability offered by the sturdy frame. The Fox also benefits from great traction with a kerb climbing facility of up to 100 mm. Users will also benefit from productive motors with an excellent driving range of up to 40 km. Servicing is also a breeze aided by the easily accessible batteries and plenty of cross compatible components.
